HAPPY MONDAY! This post is going to be long, so bear with me. I want to introduce myself a little bit and share my store and share why I do what I do. I am 19 years old from Louisville, Kentucky. I am a sophomore electrical engineering student at the University of Louisville ❤ #gocards I like weightlifting more than cardio. #sorrynotsorry Flowers are my favvvvv 🌻 My story: This is something I don't share often or with many but I feel like to understand my posts you should know about how I got to where I am. When I was half way through my senior year of highschool I weighed 200 lbs (I'm 5'2). I was unhappy, unhealthy, and didnt want to be like that anymore. So I made a change, I started tracking my calories and working out. I dropped my calories to 1200. And it was great, I was losing weight. I got down to about where I am now (aprox. 132 lbs) and I was still eating 1200 calories. I stopped losing weight. I was tired and hungry constantly. Keep in mind, I'm an active person. I workout in the mornings, I have a job where I am mostly on my feet and I love being outdoors. So I burn a lot if calories through out the day. I knew that whole time I should have been eating more. I was scared. I was scared of gaining weight again. But I knew what I was doing was unhealthy. So, I increased my calories and I started feeling so much better, especially in my workouts. And even though I overcame that I still struggle, I still worry about eating more. Even though I know that that is whats best for my body. Losing weight and becoming healthy was one of the best things I ever did. But it also caused me to develop severe anxieties when it came to food. I would stress about going out to eat.
